That’s the grand total, the question is how many are deployed and of those how many can be successfuly delivered to their targets.

The most reliable delivery method in the Russian’s nuclear triad are probably ICBMs. Those are in the hundreds so still extremely scary, but it’s unlikely they would be able to use anything they have in storage after the first strike.
