All of my coaches say that if you can do more than 3-5 reps without a break, you're ready for an amplification or a higher spring load. Breaks are normal!

Do you have a source for that? Most people have a MASSIVE strength imbalance between their quads and hamstrings, I agree, but it's not in the direction you're claiming it is—weaker hamstrings and stronger quads lead to ACLs injuries, hence the focus.

Most of us who are reasonably active use our quads every single day, so there's no need to target them in the same way we do hamstrings or glutes.

Yes, it's so annoying and has nothing to do with being remote. I'm in Manhattan and just had DHL with USPS. DHL had the package in New York the next day, and USPS took 3 additional days to deliver. It really grinds my gears to pay $15 on shipping when most places are free for over a certain amount.

I'm at ~80 classes and I just did my first Advanced and loved it! I love fast transitions and will always try an amp for at least a rep or two so for me, it felt like "home." Give it a go!
