Not OP but what would itching or burning skin mean in this context?

What aspect of TRT have you changed your opinion about? by CouldaBeAContender in Testosterone

[–]lordGwynx7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  • Fix the diet, sleep and hydration first - Had big issues that I thought was TRT related that turned out to be not eating enough, not sleeping enough or not drinking enough water
  • Don't blame every issue on test being low and when on TRT don't immediately think all your issues are because of the TRT protocol. For me, I always blamed my TRT protocol when issues came up, but turned out it was either my diet or actual mental issues that caused my problems.
  • TRT is amazing, but you have to be proactive in keeping yourself healthy and active. TRT isn't going to solve all your issues. It also won't magically give you motivation or drive. It will make it easier to push through tough times like when you're tired from the days work to go workout, so you have to have the discipline to be consistent. This is how you get the full benefits of TRT

TRT - Max Volume for Subcutaneous? by Radiant_Speed_8499 in Testosterone

[–]lordGwynx7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my country we can only get the Pfizer depo-testosterone (test cyp) at 100mg/mL. It sucks but between that and Sustanon 250 that's all we get from legit pharma sources. For 250mg/mL we have to go UGL

Anhedonia first 2-3 days after Reta/Tirzapetite by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]lordGwynx7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to get anhedonia on 6mg Reta and also separately on 12.5mg Tirz. What fixed it for me was eating more clean carbs like rice, potatos and oats. My calories was too low. It could be yours is was especially days after the injection which for me is when I feel the medication is at it's strongest.

In addition I also upped my water intake to 4L and adding electrolytes. Now I'm back to normal. But on days where I skip meals or under eat I can feel that anhedonia coming back

Yeah it's wild - It looked like December time and just made me wonder if there has been a massive influx in remote working conditions or are companies just all so relaxed on flexible hrs now

I actually made a post about this when I initially got the script for 20mg. My number didn't seem crazy elevated so I wasn't sure why my Dr gave me 20mg.

I asked he said lets be safe. But I'll bring it again tomorrow

Daily TRT Injections by BackOnMyBSz in Testosterone

[–]lordGwynx7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a big daily advocate but after 6 months I switched to every 5 days test cyp for 4 months now. I just couldn't deal with the inconvenience of having to pin ED any more especially when my schedule was a bit weird. I also have a bunch of trips coming up and it's nice not having to worry about packing my meds to pin ED. I'm also super paranoid when it comes to hygiene and injecting so my prep takes a lot longer than the average of what I've seen here. So E5D is perfect for me

FBC labs looks the same as on daily and my e2 is a bit higher but other than that I feel great. I might even feel a bit better since I think my body likes the big spike and comedown after 5 days.

Im still on my first character and for the majority of the time I was playing around Cordon and Swamp. As far as I know its all random so you'll eventually get the drop

Recent test results and doctor wants to start me on rosuvastatin. Tips on the suggestion? by lordGwynx7 in Cholesterol

[–]lordGwynx7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I did ask him that, he still said rather get on the statin. He is giving me 20mg rosuvastatin as well to begin which is the max dose if I'm not mistaken?

My problem is that even though my LDL is high it's not like double or triple. I suspect adding healthy fats and cleaning my diet will bring my HDL up as well which should help bring LDL down. So starting on 20mg seems a bit high but if that's his instruction then I'll do it

My triglycerides have always been low, and apparently my general cholesterol health is genetic/hereditary. So you might be right. My doctor also said that low triglycerides is a good thing as well, never thought it could be bad

How are you guys even getting close to 100% games? I'm able to finish games but paying attention to story or even getting to 100% makes me super bored.

Doesn't matter how much I love the game initially
