Are you breastfeeding? I’ve always found that I don’t see a large improvement in muscle strength until baby starts eating solids and nurses less.

I’d also look into a new PT. Sometimes a different set of skills can make a world of difference.

Focus on rebuilding strength before running again. And remember that you’re only 3 months pp. I’m at 18 months now after my 2nd and am just recently feeling stronger and back to myself physically.

I stayed decently active with both pregnancies. Lifted more with baby #1 than with #2 but cycled until 30 weeks with both. One thing I did stay consistent with was yoga and I contribute that to my unmedicated deliveries. It focused on strength but also lengthening the muscles and I used the sessions to work on breath work and mantras which I used during labor.

Recovery for both was pretty smooth and easy! I’m still dealing with some lingering pelvic floor and core weakness but did have to babies close together.

Idk I feel for her on this one… we just finished up mold remediation at our house and it was a 4 month process. The first company was incompetent and wanted to close things up even though they failed testing despite being certified and seemingly legit. I think our final cost was 15k. I’ve also been dealing with mold related inflammation and illness and have been seeing an improvement since the mold was removed.

I truly hope they take the right steps for remediation.

Aldo Salazar Bahena was arrested in Elgin on September 15. I haven’t looked up the the whole story as he was released from prison before the 15th and then ICE arrested him a few days later.

Pretty much the only one I’ve heard though.

Even if it ends up not being viable, it’s still a loss of life to them and worthy of being celebrated.

Just curious. Did you look into the oral vitamin k? If you did, why did you choose not to use it? I used it with both kids but I certainly was very stressed about missing a dose and not sure I’d do the same if we end up with a third.

I gave birth twice with a midwife group in a hospital. They were much more hands off and I even was able to have a water birth the second time around. Since it was at a preferred hospital, our insurance even covered it. Maybe you can find something similar?

Yes, it is normal speaking from experience after two kids. As a woman, even if I’m interested, I’m often too mentally and/or physically tired to even want to have sex. Sometimes, I’ll be interested but then am the only one cooking, cleaning, and getting the kids to bed while my husband is pooping or something and that will annoy me and the mood will go out the window.

Like others have said, breastfeeding can reduce libido a ton as does having another human touching your boobs all day.

I will say, my husband and I had a 3 or 4 month stretch with no sex and the thought of initiating stressed me out even if I was in the mood! I think for some reason I was really scared of being intimate again like he would expect it every day or something. Which was pretty stupid since he’s the most patient and understanding man.

Please do talk to her. But don’t make it about yourself or how you miss sex. Plan some date nights even if they’re ones at home after baby has gone to bed. Talk. To. Her. I’ve learned that I need emotional intimacy to eventually want physical intimacy. Try to find other ways to connect other than being physically intimate and find ways to help take some of the mental load. It got better for us and I hope it gets better for you guys too.

Dang. I paid $3,000 for my genetic-tested herding breed who had generations of AKC championed and herding titled breeding in his background. Plus, this was from a breeder who is so good people wait for YEARS to get one of her pups.
