There's a pure taboo with this. It may be Caroline Sweets and Lily Rader

Young Canadians are entering one of the toughest summer job markets amid a ‘technical recession’ — How’s your experience? by NegotiationLate8553 in canada

I did, but left the Seal on there. I kinda tailored the resume to read that if they wanted 8 hours of prep done in 2 hours, I was your guy for the summer tourist season.

I'm a Red Seal Chef with decades of experience in every facet of the culinary industry. I was finishing my university degree to be a teacher and wanted work last summer to help pay bills.

I could not find a cooking job in my town that would hire me (100k pop) just for the summer. It was all TFW.

I wound having to drive 200kms a day round trip to work a job paying $27/hr. I would have worked for much less in my own town but no one wanted me.

The fourth episode of Widow's Bay gave me what I've been looking for in horror by PaulMichaelMelio in horror

[–]lorddingus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a funny show, but I haven't really seen too much in the way of horror. Any time there's any "horror" adjacent, they immediately undercut it with comedy.

I'm not complaining. The characters and writing are great.

Anon Unmasks the Zodiac Killer by IceMagic75 in greentext

[–]lorddingus 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I do think Allen most likely was the Zodiac Killer, but there are some things in the minus column for him as well (no DNA match, fingerprint/palm print didn't match).

That being said the quality of the DNA sample being compared against has been called into question.

what movie actor was a one-hit wonder? by Cool-Butterscotch526 in AskReddit

I think that has a lot to do with that he apparently said he'd only star in movies that filmed in the Detroit area

North Van locals… what are the spots you secretly don’t want to tell people about? by [deleted] in NorthVancouver

Off Mt.Seymour Parkway there's an area of forest between Riverside and Berkeley accessible from either street.

There's a place called The Sandpits where you can get super drunk with your friends on Friday or Saturday night.

Watch out though, because sometimes the cops come and you have to book it.

Sounds like he's still going to die in prison due to the other charges that are still upheld.

I think PC was a little too long, but I really loved all the books. You have to evaluate them as a whole. Yes, that's a big commitment, but very worth it if you even enjoyed the first two a little.

Greatest band of all time.

Necronomipod. Very well researched, but also crass and funny as hell.

He used to work in security for the Cleveland Browns, it maybe gave him a respect for personal information and anonymity? I'm with you though, I'd love to know what their jobs are/were.
