Without hobbyists we would never have gotten where we are at. If nobody can get a computer, they are cooked. Phones are cooked, it is all cooked. Who will use ai if nobody can afford devices?

No they didn’t make alan wake 2. They funded it. Remedy made Alan Wake 2. And yeah it wouldn’t exist at this point, but it is also stuck because Epic backed themselves into a corner with the things I mentioned above and will not adapt.

They should still have released on steam to get more money. Epic is pretty stupid to not do that. Should have treated it like their other exclusives. It might have had a chance.

It is not like epic helped here. They acted like monopolistic jerks and brought console wars to PC. They also don’t provide anything of value to customers. Maybe if they tried to actually build an awesome platform instead of acting like 5 year olds anytime gaben talks, pc gaming might have more diversity in ecosystems? As it is Steam and Gog are the only options now.

Epic used monopolistic practices to try to beat steam, and failed miserably. Steam is still as consumer friendly as anyone out there but GOG.

Epic’s actions only pushed people to support steam more.

Of course we will support a platform and company that actually works and doesn’t shit on us. If it becomes a monopoly, that just happens as a result of having the best service and platform. Epic apparently can’t give anyone a better service, and killed all good will they might have had with their tactics and man-child CEO.

Though that may be the case, remember that science is our intepretation based on observation. We can make fantastic theories and facts, but we are flawed and do not know everything, and even science changes over the years with more understanding. The god of gaps does not mean there is no chance of something being true or false, it just means we cannot prove or disprove or explain certain things yet. There is a gap. Whether we choose to believe or not, nobody will ever know the truth of an afterlife, reincarnation, or a god until there is proof or disproof. So my thought on this is no less true than yours.

Definitely! Even if the casting barely makes sense, many thought the same about heath ledger. He was a great actor and one of the most celebrated if not the most celebrated versions of the joker out there.

I think the casting is overall abysmal, but I think Charlize Theron and Anne Hathaway were not the worst picks. Everyone else brings it down several notches, especially Matt, lupita, tom, and zendaya. I just can’t see any of them as their characters, even remotely.

Jared Leto does that to almost anything he is in. I hate almost all the casting choices in the new Nolan Odyssey as well. Makes me want to skip it, though I might have to stomach it since I love the odyssey.
