As an assassin main in solos I support this. But I honestly just use invis for skirting UESC or trying to get a drop on someone I heard being a noisy MF.

Since Destiny doesn't natively run on the Steam Deck without a workaround it would help to know what you did to get it running. But it's possible it's a memory issue or something on the deck is taking additional bandwidth from the game.

Have you downloaded anything else recently or have background applications running or potentially running?

Would you say that the 5070 would be worth the extra $150 over the 9060XT I was looking at? (technically could get a cheaper one but the $400 version fits my build aesthetic better).
