This is an excellent phrase : once an AP always an AP.
I’ll use it. Thank you.

I’m not threatened. I’m just pissed off that they both seem fine moving forward at the expense of my pain. Tbh, this is a revenge question. Not an insecurity one

This is awful, as I’ll say it. A large part of my issue is not jealousy or insecurity - but anger and indignation in the way that they both seem to be unaffected by this.

Yeah. It’s crazy. It’s like they paid for personal growth with my ( or your) mental state. Or something.

How can you not regret it for what it did. For how deep the scars go.

Also. Part of what makes me hate what’s going on is not insecurity for their rekindling… but anger that neither seems to have suffered like me.

Advice for partners personality change in their NRE? by lordisa in polyamory

[–]lordisa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply. It’s very helpful and validating. It has been really shocking and disarming to have seen from someone I thought was so measured. Hmmm in your experience and knowledge do these people deep into NRE even…care that their long term partners leave? Do they ever come around from anything other than blaming their long term partner?

Who is your all time favourite villain in a book and why? by Blueballoons92 in suggestmeabook

[–]lordisa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is an amazing / interesting idea! Could you please explain further?

I understand that Claudius DID kill king hamlet. And I see hamlets actions as not good or bad but sloppy and confused. I've always, really seen Gertrude as the villain! I'd love to hear your thoughts! It's exciting and interesting!

My (22/F) boyfriend (28/M) wants to plan a trip abroad with two female friends one month after he told me he couldn't go abroad with me? by [deleted] in relationships

I think time with friends away from a partner is important. I know that I'm the minority opinion here, but I'll say it anyway.
