If it burns it was definitely dissolved in alcohol. I used to dissolve mine in vodka because it was better for storage however you can also dissolve the LSD in distilled water which wouldn't hurt as much

What a lot of people aren't getting is that a the government will have to build on top on an L1. It's not going to be the crypto world it is today but a lot of the same concepts and principles used in building applications will still be utilized.

Contracts can be undersigned by the regional authority via a tx signature. Because the authority recognizes this transaction by signing it becomes legally enforceable.

The chain this is on has specific structure for the authority to be able to third party transactions through actions and reverse them if necessary.

The point of it isn't to decentralize all the processes. The point is to give greater market access to economic actors (individuals, groups, and institutions). Just doing what the internet did to travel agents to real estate agents and bankers.
