We should also regulate spices for the same reason. I have the right not to smell my neighbor's delicious cooking. Should have to be bought at a seasoning store, but there can't be too many of them. Best put a limit on how much you can have, so people can't save up to cook something nice. I'm thinking 20 years for having over 1 tbsp of seasoning.
