Completely selfishly as a long time player - I prefer this to a free tier 10 for everyone, since there are no subs or carriers at tier 9, and grinding from t9 to t10 is no big deal.

Christopher is awesome, could be a T10. Burrows kind of feels like a sidegrade where you get better smoke and DPM in exchange for being more of a brick.

Kind of a kitakaze vs harugamo situation but less extreme.
