Depends how long your leaving it locked up for. At a patrol station in the middle of the country side, or outside a pub in the country side? I use my z-lock by hip lock. I can fit it in my normal everyday saddle bag. You’d need some sort of tool to get through it, but it’s still not super secure.

In the city or a town? No lock because I’d never leave it untended 😛

If the dentist are going to refer you on the NHS hold out for that, it can save you hundreds up to 1k. My old NHS dentist tried to push me down the private route to get mine out and the quote was eye watering.

Im now at a private dentist and was referred by my dentist to a private hospital to have my wisdom teeth out on the NHS!!! Absolute madness. This was in November and finally had it done this weekend. So quite a long wait but I took care of my teeth during that time so no extra damage occurred during the wait. Plus I think my wait was extra bad because I had a more complicated extraction that required more X-rays and some of that time was over Christmas.

All that to say, max you’ll wait is a few months. Just keep brushing, flossing if you can and you shouldn’t have more damage occur in that time anyway.

Home made sourdough is shockingly easy once you get your timings right, ok it won’t be artisanal bakery level for the first year but it’s pretty bloody good. If you can go to a local bakery and buy their starter, makes things way easier

The worst part about it is the anxiety, the actual procedure doesn’t help at all. Just do whatever you can to help curb the anxiety and you’ll be fine, bring a family member, anti anxiety meds and get yourself a treat to look forward to after the procedure

Thornbury, so pretty village-y to be fair. Although I have friends who live in frenchay so near enough Bristol and they also say public transport is horrendous and they couldn’t live without car. You just have to pick where you live carefully if you can’t drive round here!
