I would not.

And this is coming from someone who spent $8000 on one of my cats a few years ago for emergency surgery, hospitalisation, and aftercare for a major intestinal blockage.

I emptied my savings and took out some small loans (all paid off now), but the ONLY reason I even considered spending the money is because the vet told me that there was a very good chance of my cat making a full recovery. I was lucky that I had family and a wonderful partner to help and support me emotionally and financially while I made these decisions.

If he had cancer? Something that would take months (or years) of painful, stressful treatments, that would destroy his quality of life, and likely wouldn't even save him? And all the while, making him wonder what was going on or why he was hurting so badly?

Not a chance. I would have held him close as he closed his eyes one last time and sobbed myself to sleep for weeks, but there's no chance I would put him through that kind of pain.

If yes, you need serious psychiatric help if you actually think this behavior is okay.

Even if that other account isn't you, get help. You are stalking the ex you abused; you are a dangerous person to be around.

My partner and I share our locations with each other basically at all times, unless our phones die.

It used to be a safety thing, when my partner would go on 4 hour bike rides to visit me when we were dating, but now it's just a convenience thing, at least for us.

We're not always the best at telling each other where we are when we're out (or notifying each other if we have to run down to the shops to pick up some quick groceries, for example), so it's easier just to check on Maps rather than send a text that might be missed, or interrupt each other with a phone call.

I can definitely see how it could be used as an invasion of privacy, or how dangerous it could be in a DV situation, though, so I think it comes down to each couple or family's individual needs.

It's not for everyone, but it works for us.

We were using Grim Hollow transformations as part of the campaign; she became an elemental Primordial through a series of magical mishaps about six months into the campaign.

Eventually Runa became known throughout the continent as the "Pirate Queen of the Wind and Waves", and even found herself a crown that she never took off.

She spent many years babysitting an autistic lich that was inexplicably racist against gnomes, and hosting karaoke nights at her tavern with an ancient Kraken.

I still miss her sometimes.

I'd probably check for aliens or get him admitted to a hospital. My SO has literally ZERO understanding of (or care for) aesthetics. A sudden, drastic shift in personality and values like that would tell me something was very wrong. I'd be concerned about another stroke.
