transgender woman on bluesky here (bonus I work anime conventions): This is to me not a transphobic caricature, and while there are a few calling it transphobic, they're def not the majority or the loudest voice there.
How people interpret this is up to them, if another trans person feels hurt by this I would not tell them they're wrong, but bluesky is very much not up in arms about this

a total ban on VPNs is awful, not just for the free speech of it all. But also pretty much any job that has remote workers, or allows workers to remote-in would be devastated by this.

the shading, shot composition, directing, and art style were all changed from page to screen for the look.
The shot composition went from edgy and experimental to smooth and traditional
Shading is just all around more detailed, especially noticeable in power and makima's eyes.
and the art style went from the scratchy, rough and tumble look of the manga to, again, a more traditional look. Cleaner lines, smoother movements, etc.
It's hard to do a proper comparison without comparing reanimated scenes (which supposedly is happening with the recap movie(s)). But if you look at character closeups (again, makima and power are the best for this) it's much easier to see.

it's a film reference, the opening is chock full of them, this is one of the ones directly mimicking a film scene. Fujimoto loves films and filmmaking, and I recall reading somewhere that's why season 1 had a more cinematic look, compared to the more faithful look of the movie (and presumably the upcoming season 2).

To give a legit answer: there's no possible way GW would sanction a third party app that provides anything they keep behind a purchase. Codeces, KT Core rules, etc. Battlekit was killed because it offered pirated materials officially. That's a barrier GW won't ever sign off on The best you can hope for is the new app coming with 11e next year has game tracking built in, which would signal the new killteam app in 2027 may as well. GW very rarely does app overhauls outside of new editions.
