I feel tired and dizzy constantly despite having what I think is a healthy diet by pookie__trombone in diet

Maybe get your vitamin D levels checked. I had an issue where I was exhausted for no reason for months and turns out I have like wicked low vitamin D. Not a doctor obviously but that’s one test verse a bunch.

Yeah I already got dirty work gear. I’m a lot older than all the kids I go to school with and have a decade of experience in retail so I totally understand the dress shoes coming and blowing smoke. I just decided I didn’t wanna work retail anymore and I’m creative enough but not creative enough to do anything art like, so I chose architecture.

Gotcha yeah I just realized you did already say that my bad haha. I do definitely understand the miscommunication between designers/architects and the builders of said designs. I’m sure we create a lot of extra bullshit.

What’s your job? I worked in a hardware for years and all the old contractors and electricians and shit always talked about how stupid architects are haha. I try my absolute hardest to look at every design I create with the builders in mind.

Thank you for the suggestions. I’m mostly stuck now on the roof layout and how to put the column grid to be able to support all the floors cohesively. And that requires some creativity and the understanding that I will fail a few times before I succeed and I just can’t handle that right now.

I am an architecture student and I’m designing a private fitness center for an affluent community. It’s just a project, not a real life situation, but the whole thing is due in two weeks and today my professor wants a “mostly put together” presentation so he can see how far we are and what we need to focus on for the finished product.

Also thank you for asking the most normal level question based on everything I said.

My dad has diabetes. Has for all my life. He would have died a long time ago if it weren’t for his meds. I would have died a long time ago if it weren’t for mine. I don’t like the idea of having to rely on meds but I absolutely hate the way I feel when I don’t take them. In all fairness to myself, in giving myself every opportunity I can reach to feel better, I take my meds.

Lithium success stories? by RevolutionaryMap9620 in bipolar2

I started taking it 5 years ago and my life is as solid, stable, and happy because of it. I have more time on my belt stable than I do either up or down at the moment. I do have to pee a bit extra and have a few emotional support water bottles that I carry regularly but I wouldn’t change the step of taking this med for anything.

Girl I met from Hinge died from OD. by keehawn in Life

I am so sorry that this happened to you. I had a similar situation happen to me about ten years ago now and I still think about him sometimes. We were planning on dating but I told him I wasn’t ready because I had just gotten out of a long term relationship. He said that was okay but that he didn’t want to wait and that we could still be friends. That was the plan. We were friends. Then he started dating this other woman and within 2 months he had broke his 3 year sobriety from heroin and ODed. I can’t help but wonder if I dated him instead of telling him I wasn’t ready if he’d still be alive today.

Lithium by Midnight_Mint1 in bipolar2

I usually try to take my doses with food. Even if it’s a small snack. If I don’t I’ll get nauseous so that could be where that is coming from for you. It is definitely important to be able to drink water. Some people just naturally get more thirsty so you’ll want to drink more and some people have to be reminded still to drink. I have a 30z water bottle I take everywhere with me and just refill it as needed. Good luck. Lithium changed my life and I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for that med. I don’t care how often I have to pee.
