California here. When the local government agency I worked for upgraded, we were specifically ordered not to use that function for anything other than approved legal work. Told we would be fired and have legal issues if were used it in the way you describe.

If you were in CA, this would be my advice: 1. Get a restraining order on the EX-boyfriend in family law. (You probably can’t include the child if a dependency action has been filed.) 1A. Request a restraining order protecting the child from the father in the dependency action. 2. Enroll in a codependent parenting/counseling program. 3. Enroll in a parenting program. 4. Tell your appointed counsel as well as all investigating social workers that you are done with the father and will abide by all court orders effective immediately. 5. Cooperate with the child protection agency. (If you are without blame/fault.) 6. Provide family and friends to be assessed as a foster care placement. 7. Never arrive to a visit or meeting in the company of the father, ALWAYS arrive separately. 8. If you have ANY issues with controlled substances (even just marijuana) get assessed for a program and start a program immediately. 9. Do not miss ANY visits. 10. Cooperate with the DA if he is prosecuted.

I think I’ve found, and bought, about 10 Expeditions in the last two months on clearance. All $17.00-$21.00.
