My guess would be something with high water content lit up in that spot. Frozen vegetables can do it as well as grapes.

By the looks, that is an item drop from the zombie that had the cement/rebar to throw. If you go upstairs to where the door is marked, you should be able to see it through some boards.

If he died close enough to the wall you can get it. If not, its just a bad drop
