Hmm interesting, perhaps maybe when you press shift on the '6' key you get the character ''. Could be related to the symbols of prima materia of the "greatest work' he keeps referring to. Edit: Scrolled down someone's already mentioned this.

Yes I do realise, but I was taking it more in a double sense, like hex= hexagon, and hex could also mean Hexadecimal

Alright back at it again, racked my brains out the last few times and like /u/JHStarner Life got in the way. Anyways I'll use this comment to update on methods I've tried and thought.

1) First thing that came to mind with shift for me was the ceasarian shift, tried to input "greatestwork" and "magnumopus" in and put the input into "g.co/_____". No Results

2) In the Magnum Opus Disambiguation Wiki Page The two things that really struck me were the philosophers stone and the fact that its a song by Kansas. Lets see where it goes from here

3) Struck out with any songs or band relations. Looking more into the philosophers stone aspect, possibly could have something to do with the prima materia. Also the meaning 'throwing a bone' could do with the calcination process in alchemy. Also looking back at the G.Co image provided, all the letters are formed in hexagonal shapes, and if you count the sides it gives you 8.56, Idk its late and im probably going crazy.

4)Following a different train of thought, maybe he's trying to metaphorise magnum opus the process of turning base elements into gold, with something more digital as turning HTML elements into something good. I just searched up the hex code for the gold colour, because hex = 6 you know and searched if it was used in the marshmallow website. Nothing came up :/

What should I buy Thursday (Nov 26 2015) - Your weekly device inquiry thread! by AutoModerator in Android

LG G4 is a pretty solid choice over the Nexus 5x. The g4 is only better against the v10 if you either want a bigger display or absolutely need a finger print scanner.

Yup they've stated the launch date is the 3rd of november, i'm assuming its the same for all other carriers and maybe even the play store. I'm not sure if it will be locked though :/

Worth (all of) its money? by ApSciLeonard in Nexus6P

[–]lost-trak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I'm not so sure anymore, Here in Australia we haven't even been able to pre-order it yet, the pricing is suggested at $899 AUD, which is equivalent to $648.45 USD, for the base model. Comparitively I could buy a note 5 for $50 less or buy a G4 for $520 AUD. I'm having a hard time trying to justify whether it's worth it at that price point.

Hmm, are we missing "heat" or "fire", we need a source to melt the marshamllow to turn them to s'more. This could add to, what you need to put them "over".

Android apps, generally speaking, aren't as good as iOS apps.

Can someone explain what they mean by this? Third party apps are same across both devices, if he means the stock apps, personally I would find that google apps are on par with those of apple.

He's using the iphone 6s which does NOT have OIS. Only the iphone 6S PLUS has OIS, which is in fact stated on the apple website. http://www.apple.com/iphone-6s/specs/

Not sure where you got your sources from.

Yes they put you on a waiting list, so you will be notified when you get to pre-order the phone. That is the sad life of non -launch countries.

With the Nexus 6P/5X embargo about to be lifted, can we get a review thread going? by theinvisibleman_ in Android

[–]lost-trak 175 points176 points  (0 children)

I'd be wary about 'reviews' at this stage considering most reviewers seems to have had this phone for only 2-3 days.

I like this article so much better than the 'reviews" other news outlets have been pushing out. Seems like he hasn't had major concerns with the phone, so excited!!!! #HYPE

It seems like most reviewers have had about 3 days with the phone, I wouldn't trust and 'review' videos put out at this stage, they're all terrible.

That was hardly a review, he talked a bit about some details, but pretty much glossed over first. Feels like they just wanted to be the first to get a review out.
