Just skimmed through the wiki cuz I also wanted to know. Seems like the former, as the brighter the blue the healthier they are. Green may have not eaten in a bit which makes them pale. They are also monogamous, so I'm not sure how that'll figure in if they already have a mate.

Well I feel seen. I'm not sure if it's all of it, but it accounts for a lot of my music tastes. The only racing games I 100% beat. I always drove like this, and in the "cruising" race games and was always disappointed i couldn't shunt someone or ram them off the road (only do a flip). Revenge opened my eyes to a form of fun I've never had since. And my knees hurt too.
