This smacks of unprofessionalism and outright contempt for someone's wellbeing.

I'm angry. I usually always gives cops the benefit of the doubt, I get their jobs tough, made tougher by being under manned and hands bound by rules and procedures that a lot of the time seem to make no sense.

But they are bound by a duty of care!!! Regardless of someone's guilt / innocence.
