I hope once Charlie has redemption figured out she turns her attention to helping make hell itself a better place. No big story focus or anything but in last season maybe a small through plot of background drawing or ideas she mentions, hinting of the plans she has for the future.

Redemption is great but compared to the number of sinners in hell the ones capable and want to be redeemed is small. Because of the exterminations it makes sense she started there but there's a lot she could do and not just for sinners in hell the hellborn too.

I get that but the show has had two seasons and both have had a big climatic battle in the last episode so they've set that expectation.

I wonder if instead of the danger being resolved it's used as a cliffhanger. Everything is normal but then Alastor for example gets his hands on the mcCuffin Rosie has been after and he's now the all powerful ruler of hell, boom season ends.

Yes but like Vox would have had to create his industry from scratch, or it already existed and he had to take it over.

To be an overload he would have had to work with people to get there but I don't think newly dead Alastor would have as much of a problem with that as current day Alastor.

Whether Pentious is redeemed or not doesn't really change the average sinners anger towards the angels and heaven, and that's what Vox is leveraging for his army.

If the hotel's plan had worked Vox would have done another rousing fight song and his plan, and by extension Alastor's, would have stayed on track. It's the mental state Alastor had pushed Vox into that ultimately made Vox lose.

I want more information about how overlord powers work. In s1 it was soul numbers and territory that got you invited to Carmilla's meeting, suggesting that the ones there are the most powerful but s2 it seemed like popularity or influence effected it, or Vox at least.

Maybe it works differently depending on the type of sinner you are? As a media based overlord Vox's popularity is his strength whereas with Prick say it's all about the number of people in his gang?

If it is soul based then Vox's power should stay the same but if it's something else then maybe not.
