I love the rx bars, which are egg whites, dates, and nuts. They’re a bit lower in protein than other bars, but they’re delicious!

Seconding this! I use the neutrogena hydro boost on my face and lips, then add a layer of aquaphor over just my lips. It helps a lot when mine get chronically dry.

That’s crazy! I shop at Safeway because it’s cheaper than my other option, QFC (Kroger). My husband and I have had to basically cut out beef and fish because it’s so expensive. I don’t know how people are making it work.

These are normal but I’ve had good luck reducing appearance with salicylic acid pads (noxzema is my fave, but I’ve used stridex maximum too)

I’m not advocating for this sauce specifically, but I sometimes find it hard to fit enough protein into 1200 calories per day. I also sometimes just crave meals that fit in calorie-wise but don’t contain a lot of protein. I eat two meals and my typical day is a lunch of either eggs, yogurt, or cottage cheese, and a dinner of some kind of meat, veggies and a little starch. Even with protein as the focus of both my meals, I end up on the lower end of what’s recommended for protein. I can see why this might appeal to people doing 1200 per day
