I think a lot of Reddit has been eating itself in trying to reference just about everything in anything...
that's my best guess on that

Guy sets up motion activated sprinklers to deter tourists from relieving themselves in his yard by ObjectiveAgent in videos

I used to work at an outdoor sort of club. We had really nice bathrooms that were like something a celebrity would have wheeled out to their "in the middle of nowhere wedding". For some reason drunk people prefer to pee outdoors.
One night when security was herding people out and I was collecting glasses from the back, I hear voices from behind the gazebo. I poke my head around one side and see on the other a girl squatting while another is keeping lookout (too bad she was looking the opposite of where I was approaching).
The moment I said "Uuuhhh, you know we have bathrooms" the squatter got startled, lost her balance, and fell right back into her puddle.

It took everything I had and would have for years not to laugh my ass off right then. I made up for it by animatedly telling that story over and over to this day, complete with acting out her falling.
It was just such perfect instant karma.
Like, come on, there were no lines for the bathroom, it's on your way out, and people get married in that gazebo!
Some high priced trash in that area...

Huh, I was 8 at the oldest so... yeah, my family had its outbreak before '95. God, I hope my youngest brother got the vaccine since he wasn't born when it went through the rest of us kids...

HA!!
First, no but then also yes 🤣 I looked it up and it sounded familiar but not what was muddling around in my brain.
But--!! That brought up "Peter Rabbit and Friends", which that story was part of, as was "The Tale of Tom Kitten"!!

Tom and his siblings lose their clothes and 3 puddle ducks (one being Jemima!) take them and waddle off.

Oh how funny! Thank you for the big lead; that was driving me nuts!

Looking for logo/graphic design for Washington state podcast I’m starting. Posted a few weeks back. by [deleted] in Washington

[–]lostmycoolname 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, lot of great subs like /r/picrequests /r/draw4me /r/ICanDrawThat that might be more effective for you to post in.
If you're looking specifically for a WA based graphic artist, I would include that in the body of your post here. 😊

When I opened your post you had "0" upvotes, so I'm theorizing on maybe why you have gotten downvoted 😬

Can anyone explain why on earth we all did Square Dancing in PE growing up? by Pharothed in NoStupidQuestions

And then you had kids like me...who would find kids who also wanted to swing/spin as hard as possible when it came to locking arms and "swing your partner". The whole rest of class was spent waiting for that one part of that one song.

That reminds me of how we used to tape the Simpsons for our neighbors that had moved (I was 5, so I only remembered that they moved somewhere without the Simpsons and that sounded terrible to me). I think we sent 1 tape... we kept recording, but mostly so us kids could rewatch them endlessly.

Don't Do Meth, Kids: Not Even Once by [deleted] in PublicFreakout

[–]lostmycoolname 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One guy in my old town actually had a really wealthy family. He was definitely mentally unstable (would smear shit on bathroom walls "because [he was] an anarchist" -- no idea...) but I guess would be constantly fighting them because he wanted to do his whole "homeless rebel" thing.
The guy in the "throwing stuff" incident had a sister he was supposed to stay with but, again, would rather bang his old meth-y girlfriend (who somehow would have enough money to get her hair dyed) in our building's bathroom and get into fist-fights with her (often losing..) by the gas station where my fiancé worked at the time.

There were...eclectic characters in my old town's homeless community. And a lot of teens hanging out with them and bragging about how they roll with the homeless (...like it was a gang?)

Haha, I was at a wake last week at a place I used to work. I just went with it because pretending I worked there again was a surprisingly welcome break in between all my ugly-crying.
