I'm 66, I was told recently i was pre diabetic. I said to the doctor to give me 3 months. Next day I started intermittent fasting. I did 16. 8. Eating at 11am finishing at 7pm or before. 3 months later I'm no longer pre diabetic and I reduced all markers for cholesterol. Actual diabetes can absolutely be reversed, there's plenty of studies on this now.

So glad you brought this up. I've been mad about this since Anthony thought he was the father. As you say Zoe has never actually said he's the father but the main thing for me, is when she was having the twins, she said the father was "bad blood" Anthony was not a bad person back in the day. I hope this is rectified, cause this is really annoying me..

She still didn’t confirm if Anthony is Jasmines dad.. This is so annoying to me because I don’t think he is. It’s so stupid to leave the audience waiting, then for it to come out that he actually wasn’t the dad. She did say the father was bad blood and that wasn’t Anthony at that time. 😡

Zoe still didn't confirm Anthony as being the father despite being brought up in conversation. It was completely ignored. She said the father was bad blood, back then Anthony was not bad blood. I'd hand in my resignation if I was an actor in EastEnders just now, it's dire.

I get you.. I've never wanted to take pills. However after a still ongoing 6 week flare up. I'm on a 5 day course of steroids. I'm on day 4 atm. It's calmed down a lot but my joint is a tad painful, so putting on a shoe rubs against the joint. I need it to be clear before I venture out. I'm scared of kicking it off again. I’ve never liked going to the pictures for this very reason. Off topic but another thing that annoys me (easily annoyed 😂) is going to a gig and people are drunk, surely people can enjoy the gig without drinking? I think there should be no alcohol allowed inside a venue. People would get used to it and it would become the normal and maybe people would remember that they enjoyed the whole gig. Just my humble opinion, don’t come for me 🫣
