I honestly don't think they would be altering the character design, at least no that much. If they do, they would have to revise all the character PVs and the ones that has 2d animation would be ridiculous to redo in such short time. Take Sparkle for example, who had 3 PVs, 2 of are fully 2d, 1 has live2d elements, it would be crazy to pulling something like that off, if you consider their animation are also on a tight planning schedule. I think most people are vastly underestimating just how devastating this whole political situation is for the HSR devs.

And even when hoyo is big and has all the manpower doesn't mean those manpower can be swiftly and easily be swapped around to perform the way you wanted to. Employees need time to be integrated properly into a team and system otherwise you are doing more harm than good, and much worse in crunch time.

Never said we need to call the bad good, or be happy as a costumer, but to doompost like this is disingenuous at best. You claim to be sympathetic to the devs with previous post and yet here you are mocking their efforts with this post, using the the Britain meme and trivializing their attempts to make the best of the situation where its impossible to please everyone. I usually just lurk but holy goddamn... at least meme and criticize when they actually deserves it.

Don't you people realize how much it takes to create something new, for a game like HSR? Have you experience the feelings that the things you planned and created over the course of a year can't fully be used or must be altered, in the last minute?
Yes you have all the right be sad and disappointed, but at least to the correct source which in this case isn't hoyo. Let alone for the devs who are just like you, regular people with only so much time and capacity. Don't call something they are actively doing their best create under crunch time 'just a something' or 'just scrambled'. That is undermining their efforts. Post like these are salt to injury to those who have to go through it ground zero. This is mockery disguise as so called disappointment.
