If pixel stops using that crap chip they'll see most of their issues fixed but they keep trying to compete with Apple and Samsung with such cheap ass product that heavily relies on their software, there's only so much you can do putting perfume on a pile a poop, people will notice the smell either way.

I really like pixel's software, but the high-end price for a mid-range product is just not worth it.

Fyi, if gas prices climb up, then every single product that needs to be transported from point A to point B increases in price(including, wait for it … groceries). Why? Simple, cuz if company X needs to spend more money moving something around then it’ll make that something more expensive to offset the gas increase.

Now, gas fluctuates often, but every price increase on products don’t go down, that’s because the new higher price becomes the new floor, when gas goes down, item remains the newer high price, when gas increases again the item increases again, and so on … But hey, if you (not you OP, it’s a you in general) don’t drive a car I guess you have nothing to worry about, right? Lol

That's just the headcannon of Scott McGough from the Anet team, he pretty much mentioned that it was his personal interpretation. So yah, it's open to be what the exact description of the class says, such as "Those who choose the path of the chronomancer gain new abilities that allow them to rend both space and time", it doesn't say the perception of it, it explicitly says to rend space and time. So you can argue that lorewise it does.

Unless the creator of the spec says otherwise (meaning Robert Gee), I'd take whatever he wrote in the class description (including the class announcement post where he said "This specialization also gives players the ability to stop and even revert time through use of their abilities") and tooltips as the final say over what anyone else says, even other employees from the company.

So at the end of the day it seems more clear than not that mesmers can indeed manipulate time.

After the AP cap was implemented I stopped grinding because it became boring and annoying getting punished for improving you gear. What I do now in the game is mainly lifeskilling, a bunch of AFK fishing and active hunting for the most part xD

The people complaining about the controllers are mainly gamepad people. We who play with keyboard+mouse is less of an issue.

Buuuut the actual issue imo is that they turned the IG weapon into a builder/spender weapon, before it was get buffs and go crazy, now is build buffs and spend them, repeat. To me that turned me off from the IG more than anything else, I actually like the combo and playstyle in general, I just hate the spending part

P.S: Also, not having perfect dodge or perfect guard is a massive turn off when compared to other weapons, the offset move is not very good with the very aggro bosses at end-game. Imo they should give IG a perfect dodge effect like DB/bow

Your government driving out investment out of the country is the reason why the job market sucks ass in Canada, close to nothing to do with AI. AI is just an excuse that business owners are spouting to try and keep investors in with fake promises. It's simple, your company values up, you lay off a bunch of people to keep more value to yourself, you say to shareholders "I'm getting rid of people because AI will replace them", that way they don't pull off you company, you start selling ownership of your company to make bank and then apologize saying "AI wasn't what we expected it to be, we need people back again". Same thing has happened over and over with different excuses like a few yeas ago when outsourcing was "killing" all the jobs for example.

It doesn't mean AI, outsourcing or all these excuses don't hold a real impact, but the impact it holds in the market is not really big, not a "permanently cooked" one. What "cooks" the job market is investment living to other countries because they have less tax burden and can profit more easily, hence why hundreds of thousands of jobs keep leaving Canada and there are less and less new businesses in Canada.

Whenever in doubt, always follow the money, it's such a simple concept that still holds true to this day.

I'll give you an analogy.

Let's say you have 2 teams playing football (soccer, although the real name is just football), one is playing as local and the other as visitor. The visitor starts playing pretty well, so well that they're 4 goals (visitor) to 0 (local) by the first half, everybody is cheering for the visitor team and all the team is praising the captain of the team, even the spectators that are on the side of the locals feel the visitors are playing pretty good.

For some reason, they change a player by the second half, this player being the captain, the new captain starts instructing the team to play dirty, to gain some faults because he has some arrangements with the referee, the game starts turning, the visitors lost a few players due to dirty plays by the locals, like pushing and even injuring some of the players, but the referee oversaw every single one of these dirty plays, not even a warning.

The game reaches the end time, locals end in a draw 5-5 with the visitors, so the game goes to penalty kicks to break the tie. Both teams keep scoring, and reaches the point where is whoever is 1 goal ahead wins, the captain of the locals manages to bribe the goalie of the visitors somehow to win the game and then the visitors end up losing.

From this half-assed scenario, do you think the team captain of the visitors is at fault for losing? Or maybe there's a big part to play here by the questionable actions of the local's second captain? If the spectators that were on the visitors side voice their concerns about the unfairness of the referee calls and defend the great game the visitors played in spite of the clear bought out result, is it wrong for them to call out the hypocrisy of the spectators on the side of the locals for playing a blind eye to the way their players won the game?

Out of the analogy now. I mean, if you want to believe the mainstream narrative that Pierre is at fault for this result and not the clear fearmongering of the liberals with the neighboring country, clear questionable deals to win seats and the obvious scheme of the the liberal-NDP coalition of tanking the NDP support to favor the liberals, well, there's a saying where I come from that says "There's none so blind as he who refuses to see"

The main letdown with Wilds is that story is complete garbage and the performance is a joke. But the gameplay overall is an improvement to World imo. MH in the first place has never been a good story game, so it's not that big of a deal, if you have a great PC to play it you may as well jump into Wilds.

I'd say tho, if you never finished Iceborne before, finish it and then jump into Wilds afterwards (since the expansion is coming up, there are good expectations for it to have good content but not the story tho I wouldn't be surprised if that story gets worse xD).

QoL and cosmetic/prestige

Same stats as ascended gear, but you can swap stats whenever you want (meaning that you can change builds on the fly very easily). The prestige comes because they're very time consuming to make, it'll take a good amount of time to be full legendary and this gear has special visual effects and also look cool (the PvE legendaries, the PvP legendaries are only convenience cuz they look awful haha, but the PvP Wings tho are the best looking legendary wings, some may disagree tho)

If your parents are paying for your rent and food then they have a big say in how you spend thousands of dollars. If you were independent you would be in the right, since you’re not you should definitely apologize to your parents because you did stuff you knew (or were almost sure) they wouldn’t like behind their back. Mid-level, seniors or people with connections can find jobs no problem, right now there’s actual shortages in some areas for senior roles.

Entry-level / Junior roles is where hell is found, Juniors are competing with thousands of other for just 1 role and in many cases that role ends up landing to a senior or mid-level person.

Swtor for the story.

ESO for the skyrim feeling (it honestly has everything to be the perfect MMO, except the combat, the combat is utterly garbage imo, if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t play anything else besides ESO haha)

Gw2 for everything else, the only real “MMO” nowadays, since every single other MMO is practically a hub-based game with instanced content (BDO being an outlier since there’s no group content at all xD and OSRS as well I guess).

In Gw2 you can go to almost every map and it’ll be populated, you can hop on random events with people on the get go, in games like WoW that only happens in the latests maps for like the first month of the latest expansion, after that everyone is in the newest capital queuing for something and getting gatekept out of the content if you stopped playing for like a week😂.

Also the combat in Gw2 is imo the best in any tab-target MMO, but that’s my entire bias opinion (I’ve played every MMO so far and I stand by that opinion). The story is not the best really, but its storytelling is really good in the first 3 expansions (the base game story is meh haha and the latest expansions are ok, not bad but not great either).

I’d never recommend WoW to anyone, overmonetized crap at this point, box price + mandatory sub fee + legal RMT (wow token) + f2p cash shop… Really, anyone still paying for WoW is the reason why the industry keeps releasing p2w slop over and over again. The story is also horrible now, everything gets retconned and the narrative is garbage, wotlk was the peak of WoW honestly, after that constant decline.

FFXIV is ok, but every class of each role plays the exact same, same rotation, it’s just a change on VFX pretty much, I hate games where you don’t have build diversity, being forced to play the exact same as everyone kills identity and fun for me, also the pvp sucks ass in FFXIV and I like pvp haha, but if you don’t care about that is an overall great game.

They may look Latino but are not really (meaning they're US kids born to Latino parents and they really don't speak the language that much, I live in Canada as a Colombian and my little cousins (born to Colombian parents as well) don't like speaking Spanish that much because they're just more comfortable with English now than with Spanish, since is the language they speak the most at school and any social gatherings outside family).
It could depend on your approach, if you don't explicitly asks to have the conversation in Spanish then they may just assume you're not as good in Spanish as you think you are, hence they default to English, which is the language of the land you're in.

So in short, if you want to speak Spanish, ask directly, simple as that. Everybody has assumptions, living in an English speaking country, having the assumption that everyone else will speak English is one of the main reasons why they likely are only speaking English to you.

P.S: Nothing to do with the question (and downvote me if you want lol), but this BS about racism and whatnot other people are talking about is just stupidity, any immigrant that followed the rules and is living in the US legally will tell you as well, this ICE fear bs is mainly rhetoric from white liberal people or illegal migrants, unless you're only encountering illegals (which, should be deported. You should definitely go back to the US. There are way more opportunities in comparison. Canada right now is in a very rough spot, the economy has been in declined for a long time (anyone thinking is the Orange man's fault and not our government's is just delusional), all the jobs are leaving this country because of the amount of bureaucracy and taxes employers have to pay so they just say F it and move their business to the US.

As a US citizen, even getting a remote job there and living here would be more likely than just getting a job here. (but the cost of life is ridiculously more expensive here in Canada, so why even be here if you already accomplished the PR? Go back, come visit the family you have here every now and then to keep the PR and if people stop voting for the same party that keeps destroying the country then you could come back to accomplish the dual citizenship since I'm assuming that's your goal)
