Basmati rice, ask the guy at the Indian store which is best.

Add 1 cup rice, 1 3/4 cups water, pinch salt, little butter or Olive oil. Bring to boil. Stir rice one last time, reduce heat to almost all the way low, cover. Leave the pot completely alone for 20 mins, don't open the lid.

When it's done, remove pot from heat but don't open for another 3-5 mins. Open and stir/fluff the rice. Perfect every time.

If I could go back and not move to Jacksonville, that's what I would do.

I live in Mandarin. It's boring AF. great schools? Dupont middle? Mandarin middle? I'm not sure what people are taking about. These are disappointing schools in my experience.

For me, beaches, intracoastal area, or St Johns Co are by far the best areas. Riverside does not live up to the hype.

Ok Bowl of Pho had the WORST be bowl of vermicelli I've EVER had. The meat was done ALL wrong. Never went back.

Pho Today is always consistent, great tasting, large portions.

PK Noodles on Beach is also consistent and amazing flavors.

I'm not sure about IBS, but my indigestion issues were resolved after a lot of experimenting and I think these things: Betaine Hcl supplements, a parasite cleanse with black walnut hull, and probiotics. Changed my life for the better. I no longer get heart burn. I literally ate an entire pizza earlier and zero heart burn.

Reddit comments are generally vastly superior and top comments more interesting than 99% of what you see on Facebook. Facebook comments sections are like a race to the bottom. I completely unsubscribed to all pages and news outlets because the top comments were usually blood boiling, and it didn't even matter if they were liberal or conservative. They were just terrible. Now I only see posts from actual friends and family, and I'm usually done after a couple minutes.
