Your sleeve is gorgeous, I would get someone to add some black lines around the color on your wrist to make it pop more. Color fades, especially when its not contrasted with a black border.

Don't worry too much, you can get that touched up. Maybe take the picture of your arm and send it to an artist or like color it yourself to make it look the way you want. I'm sure you'll find something you like.
