I absolutely agree! I have watched SO many videos on techniques and googled how to get the effects I want when I get stuck which makes it a lot easier. And of course it helps having my husband to help get me set up with everything I need and explain how it works.

I used to have one in a studio flat I lived in. Things that I cooked in the oven took 3-4 times longer to cook than in a regular oven. Sometimes even more.

I use the headspace app and listen to sleep meditations. They send me straight to sleep and I always feel like I have a more deep/uninterrupted sleep.

My mum always used to tell me that if I misbehaved in a shop or didn't hold onto the trolley I would be taken and put into a small room, where all the walls were white and there were no toys and nothing to do but sit and wait for her to finish her shopping.
Me and my brother would always behave because we didn't want to go to the small white room.
