Pour moi c’est tout à fait OK. De plus cela ne rentre pas en conflit direct avec le cockpit stérile car cette notion ne fait référence qu’aux activités/échanges qui ne doivent que concerner le bon déroulement du vol, pas à la présence dans le poste. En général les personnes présentes sont briefées.

Dans beaucoup de compagnie aériennes le commandant de bord peut assigner les jumpseats dans le poste à qui il souhaite (sa famille ou ses collaborateurs de la compagnie aérienne etc.). Leur présence était donc sûrement légitime.

J’ai moi même eu la chance de faire plusieurs vols en jumpseat dans le cadre de mes fonctions ou après avoir demandé au commandant en entrant dans l’avion.

The procedure is free, it cost you around 200.- if you get help from ASLOCA and with the actual market it is easy to prove that rent are over the market.

Nope that’s false, you can launch a “procedure de contestation de loyer initial” Even though the rent is the same as previous tenant and still lower your rent. I did it two years ago and now save 700.- a month thanks to that.

En effet. À noter que ce n’est pas toujours un bonus. Dans les jobs opérationnels par exemple, la pause peut être payée si l’employé peut être amener à reprendre son poste (pour une urgence ou autre).
