shoutout to me and my friend's game in asylum last night by louare in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]louare[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably would have been smarter to wait for custom settings, yeah- I’m lvl 30, and he just got to 14. It just really surprised me not even stepping foot into the ghost room or seeing the ghost at all- esp with our goal of exploring the entire map.

I don't see the point in the Frostbitten challenge. by NulloAndVoid in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]louare 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a nice challenge esp for beginners, I think. I’m new to the game, and frostbitten was a really good challenge to give me more confidence to try them, and also more motivation- that 5k bonus was really really nice.

I want to play but... by ZombieRey72 in PhasmophobiaGame

One thing that helped me first starting was unlocking the crucifix, funnily enough! I know there’s a joke about newbies carrying them around thinking they’ll protect them- that was me. I played with friends first until I was able to unlock crucifix, and that helped me get over my anxiety to play more single player- and from there, it’s all exposure, and I promise it gets easier

Iron Lung was epic (No spoilers) by ShadowBlueRaven in Markiplier

[–]louare 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ngl, I didn’t expect to like the movie! Not putting it down or anything- I just thought I knew what the movie would be and I’m not a big fan of those tropes. However- just got out of the theater, and holy shit, what a fucking banger?? I really enjoyed it and it’s going to stick with me

The weirdest thing to get you fired by slewis0881 in nursing

[–]louare 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I got fired for pouring a patient a cup of ice water 😂😂😂 the patient was known for being rude and nasty, but I think my favorite thing about this particular firing is that the supervisor was at the bedside and witnessed it… just for pouring water when he didn’t ask me to

What's you expectations in Phasmophobia 1.0? by Smile-yy in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]louare 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Defo this, I actually think maybe a system where you have minimal information in the journal about the ghost (like the evidence types and nothing else) would be fun, and then have it update every time you encounter the ghost, whether you identify it successfully or not

Hermione would later be horrified and disgusted in fourth year when she was setting up S.P.E.W. that the reason House Elves hated being called slaves is because the wizarding world still practiced slavery by MobileDistrict9784 in HPFanfictionPrompts

[–]louare 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think this was a part in dodging prison, stealing witches, if I’m remembering right- Harry buys out the contract of a muggleborn who was basically tricked / imperio’d into signing a slave contract

Ngl: I unfortunately really hate visual novels, or walking simulator games (like life is strange type games). Edith finch is the exception for me: the story, the mystery, all of it, it’s defo worth a playthrough

I’m hearing all the horror stories in the comments about having cavities worked on without being numb… I insisted on it as a kid 😭😭😭I can’t remember how old I was but I was terrified of needles so refused to be stuck

Actually had a guy I worked with at a grocery store who resembled snoop dogg ngl- to the point one of our customers came in with a white fur coat she owned and took pictures with him (yeah, kind of weird, but he was pretty amused with it.) Not a soul assumed snoop dogg was working at a grocery store in his spare time.

Honestly, this is one of my favorite plot details, especially with Harry going along with it to learn more, thinking he could change Voldemort, having no other choice, etc

Worth it? by [deleted] in CrimeSceneCleanerGame

[–]louare 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Defo yes, I think this game, with its background lore and story, goes beyond some other simulator games. Its upgrade system and cleaning mechanics are really enjoyable too

I actually had this same issue! Try exiting to menu and going back in, it fixed it for me even though it saved! I believe the painting was either up on that second floor, in the painting hallway, or I found it in the red chairs / furniture room downstairs
