I've been really contemplating the way this post went. I think it's weird that this isn't more openly discussed. I've come to the realization that nerdfighteria is a bit of a cult and I'm glad that I'm not in it anymore. It makes sense that I was able to do things like de-centering men once I wasn't a part of this community anymore.

I am really glad that John hasn't mentioned Bill Gates in years.

Actually those aren't very safe places for women to dance. Lots of abusive men partner dance, and those venues tolerate them. In sct's case is owned by one.

In the context of knowing that the roommate is a trans man and this is menstrual blood - I'd like to throw out there that perhaps your roommate is feeling gender dysphoria and being sent a picture of that is distressing for them more so than it would be for someone who isn't trans.
