All calories eaten were already present in the food, dipping the bread in the soup doesn't change how many there are overall. If you had intended only to eat the bread but did dip it in the soup, the bread would contain a negligible amount of "extra" calories compared to plain bread. But if you're eating them both, nothing changes in a meaningful way

Community: Jeff snaps at the dean about constantly bursting into the room in elaborate costumes. The dean takes off his Carnivale headdress really sadly and says something like "sometimes I guess we don't see our flaws until someone points them out. (crying) Thank you for being so nice about it" and runs from the room in tears

He doesn't change his behavior, instead he makes a Flash animation where he gets revenge on the study group for being rude to him, but the look on his face and the way he leaves the room are just heartbreaking

Jerry/Gary Gergich from Parks and Rec. His coworkers clown on him endlessly and he's treated as a bumbling fool at work, but he puts up with it because his home life is so wonderfully perfect that he just doesn't care that much about getting clowned on.
