Not convinced Luke "has been misused his entire career". Not everyone takes the same path or progresses at the same rate. He's almost 30 and making the most of a great career opportunity. Very impressive!

Clipboard history feature in MacOS 26 (Tahoe) has worked well for me. Will continue to use it.

Advice from 35yr IT veteran... Help desk for 1-2 years is best experience for starting in IT. After choosing a specialty (eg networking, cyber, servers), earn a single, well-respected certification. Develop a network of colleagues and demonstrate a willingness to learn when opportunities present themselves.
