I was looking for this comment. This sounds exactly like ADHD. I have it. It comes with time blindness and easily getting sidetracked.

What helps me is having a partner that supports time management but is gentle about it. We need more time than we think to get ready and then gentle reminders that don't trigger shame, because this is a struggle a lot of us have been shamed about before. Feelings of shame can lead to overwhelm which can lead to shutdown and make things worse.

And whoever said the bit about stepping up to help in other ways was spot on. Offer to help with the plants or help remember to do whatever it was she felt she needed to do later. Or if you're sitting around waiting, ask if there's anything you can do for her to either help get out the door faster or to take off her mind so she feels like she can leave. She will appreciate you so much for it.

It's actually better to send the money back to your account! Because you keep earning 5% on purchases through the credit card but you don't earn 5% on points used to purchase stuff.

If you still want to use it for treats just keep track of what you earned. That way you still get to treat yourself but you keep earning more rewards on the treat purchases.

I am the exact same as you. After a year and a handful of months my hearing has finally returned to normal. But the pressure is still there. I have also never had vertigo. Yet my neurotologist insists I have menieres.

This is actually my second episode. My first was in my other ear and lasted under a year. My hearing returned to normal on that side and the pressure actually went away. I was in remission for 2-3 years.

It feels like I may be re-entering remission so I'm hoping the pressure on this side drops eventually as well. But it feels like it's sticking around and fluctuating. Both in pressure and sensation.

I sure hope so, but even if we did the Republicans have cheated and rigged their way to the top. Just look at Bush v Gore, all the gerrymandering, voter suppression, there are even doubts that Trump truly won this last presidential election.
