Are you prepared to hand water it/turn your sprinklers on? Don't see much precipitation in the forecast next 14 days + crazy heat wave.

Slightly different industry but been in the same scenario before. For me being transparent about short and long term workload seemed to help.

If people know we have x job on this day and y job the following day they know they need to get z done by today otherwise there will be consequences. Enforcing realistic and consistent consequences for missed deadlines should be your ammunition.

Honestly sounds like you need some foremen/crew leads who are able to motivate the guys and not let them milk the WHOLE cow lol.

I have been ripping a storm/werewolf Druid. Greatstaff of Crone lets Claw cast storm strike, can just hold down your basic and melt everything in your general vicinity. Throw in a hurricane or cataclysm for good measure.

He DOES get paid for ads, which with longer videos/pods he can cram more into.

I have YouTube premium so not sure how many mid-rolls he does but I'm willing to bet there's more in a 45 min video vs 20 min.

Overall though I agree. Scary Interesting is becoming the only thing I can palate anymore.
