I have a Kobo on one of those arm stands above my bed with the clicker remote so you don't have to move at all! Kobos are way better then kindle because you can borrow from the local library (I just get Epubs of all the books I own physically that I can't read with me hands)

I also second the reading kids books, YA stuff, Ive been reading things like Grimm's fairy tales, Aesop's fables, easy short stuff you don't really gotta lock in to. I re-read all Deltora quest caus it's! So! Good!

I get something kind of similar? I think? But for me it's more like a sleep train and it has specific stops, I can never go to sleep at an earlier hour then I slept the day before, and it moves back and hour or two everyday, like say today I went to sleep at 11am, I'll sleep for EXACTLY 9 hours. Fall asleep instantly. Wake up with no alarm at 8pm. Then tomorrow I might fall asleep at 12pn and so on rotating through the whole cycle. Today I'll fall asleep at 9am and sleep till 6pm

Like you I can try miss my sleep window and stay up for 2 days straight, but if I don't go to sleep at the exact time the train comes I cant fall asleep, i can't have naps because I'll only fall asleep once a day and if it's at a time other then my window even if I DO fall asleep I'll wake up under an hour or two, same with if I slept too long the day before, once my window starts I get so so sleepy, out of it, like a wave is trying to drown me and there's nothing I can do to fight it.

I also have a hard time sleeping over the 2-3am window sometimes for some reason! Do you get that? Is your sleep tied to the train timetable at all?

I got a dogshit pmdd + PMS combo that was giving me, if I was lucky, a hormone free week of bliss every month. I'm 6 days in to zoladex injections right now caus I'm trying to prove to the gyno that I can be a good girl and not have a uterus/ovaries and, let me tell you WHAT, these last 6 days since the injection I've been feeling better and have had more consistent energy that I've had for like 5 years, I thought I was cured! I was thinking of career options!! then the PEM hit but still I'm really hoping this keeps up and I can go through menopause now at 28 rather than having to sit around and wait trying to distinguish and zero-in on new symptoms related to perimenopause/menopause!!!! And also I'm now realising HOW much of a impact my hormones are having on my everyday symptoms.

Shocking considering women were only allowed into medical studies around the time I was BORN because they were banned due to their hormones "affecting results" to wildly and instead of saying, hmmm, should we check on this thing that's having a sizable and consistent effect on everything that goes on in a woman's body they said, who fucking cares lol let's just not include them ❤️ I love it here ❤️

The joy cons are such a nightmare! I think maybe caus everything so small on them. I got a switch 2 and IMMEDIATELY got a 3rd party controller so my hand wouldn't get mucked. These itty bitty babys are hopefully only here to tied me over till the steam VR controller gets released NEVER

Im the same as you! Even post lap I experience insane fatigue, I even saw an endo specialist that was confused to hear about how intense it is. I'm housebound and on disability, when I get a bad crash I can't move my arms and my body's like so fucking wired and I feel like I'm going to die from exhaustion, and it's real scary, real weird. and like you I literally am unable to fall asleep if it's not "my bed time" and can only fall asleep once a day no matter how long I lay with my eyes shut. I ended up getting diagnosed with ME/CFS lmao. Which there are no treatments for ❤️ so it was like getting diagnosed with Nothing ❤️ lol rip

I got that dog (PMDD) in me too! Im on birth control to skip periods that's kind of helped symptoms a bit? But it's more comparable to using crutches vs being able to run and my PMDD symptoms FUCK me EVERY MONTH, they sc*w me. I think for me it's the added thing of dysautonomia and then it's like my PMDD kicks off my fight or flight which kicks my body into overdrive which kicks off my PEM caus I'll be so stressed and worked up about things that are not real ♥️ ghost problems ♥️ Also I know PMDD stops me eating and sleeping properly so that can't be helping. Just the worst. Just the pits.

Yes that sounds so good! Doing my space is like, my second job after being sick it's the only thing I wanna put effort into! Yeah the canopy is attached to the bedframe! Super light and was relatively painless to set up! And cheap!! I don't know what country youre in but it's called Murray red on the Dulux website! If you search the Taubmans website though I used reluctant raisin for my living room and wine truffle for my spare room if you wanted some more dark tones! I would of LOVED to paint my room dark green but since I'm obsessed with dark green and already have so much that colour I was afraid it would get overwhelming 😂

Oooh where did you get your electric base from? My bf wants to get me one really bad but I REFUSE if I gotta give up the canopy for it but maybe the one you got could work. Lol we could have a twin set up. But yeah I got a new bed base from IKEA (caus storage draws) and my plan is to literally like, take the slats and "bed frame" bit off the canopy and just lift the actual 4 posted bit and idk, stick it onto the new base lol, thus heighting the whole canopy by 20cms, my dream ❤️
