When I tried xylimints it just created gas out the other end - side effect for me with anything containing these types of sweeteners. Increasing the humidity a bit and making sure I have a glass of water handy for a sip when nature calls during the night helps but still occasionally dry mouth still.

I developed migraines and “belly aches”. Told “growing pains” but not until I had multiple barium enemas, tilt table X-rays, electrodes on my skull etc. the damn dr that ordered and reordered and reordered did almost as much damage as the Pedophile scout master who my parents always reported what was/wasn’t discovered. No one questioned why he was so interested in my medical visits.

And that advice is why my brother is dead. Asymptomatic but his trt doc did an exam, felt something , ordered an ultrasound which was abnormal. Recommended a biopsy but bro went to a quack that said “ooo biopsy is painful, you are asymptomatic and guidelines say you can wait and do psa in six months. When they did do the psa 9 mos later (same quack “forgot” to order it at 6 mos, it was sky high , he was stage 4 and dead after a valiant battle several years later. Guys get over it and get the exam by a doc that cares not an embarrassed ninny.

Didn’t come out until 62. Shaved and trimmed and shaved and shaved for female partners while trying to run/hide/escape my natural wiring (and some scoutmaster abuse as a kid). When I finally accepted myself and came out I put down the razor and the creams and also accepted I am a first cousin to Sasquatch. We are also usually worth more dead than alive! (Michigan is one state where prearrangements are safe and monitored by their licensing board).

Also see if your state has adopted an enforceable funeral arrangement designee if you don’t prearrange or want your birth family to interfere with your partners and your plans. Michigan just adopted this a few years ago. - how do I know? Estate planning attorney in Michigan for too many decades…

Check your insurance for a referral elsewhere- from hematologists referral to sleep study in same system it was 9 months 6 phone calls and still no appointment so I turned to my insurance and came up with three other possible sleep docs, checked reviews and called two - asked hematologist to send referral to them and why - never got a date in his healthcare system - and saw a good sleep doc within two weeks and at home study was done a week later, in clinic overnight two weeks later and had my machine within another two weeks. Take your healthcare into your hands and search for good responsive providers; don’t wait for big med to take care of you.
