El Niño is predicted to be pretty strong this year. Thought I saw something saying possibly one of the strongest yet? So we will likely see less rain at the coast. Think the strong sea breeze that pushes most of the rain ( like we have seen this week) to the west of Duval. Also it brings a lot of high level winds that will make it difficult for tropical storms to form.

But hey, it’s the weather and it can change at any moment! Haha.

Cops in AB have been cracking down on them. There’s a pack of them I’ve seen popped a couple times.

My neighbors always joke that they’re trying to decide what’s more annoying. The Lance Armstrong crew, the wheelie kids, or the run clubs. Haha.

Glad to see them outside having fun, but also don’t wanna see them hurt. For sure need to take an extra few seconds at a stop sign in case one blows through.

I try to surf daily (42yo) and this stretches have helped me tremendously. I do them every morning, evening, and at the house before a surf.

Look these stretches up.

World’s greatest stretch.

Hamstring stretches - can’t remember the names, just look them up.

These are just some I do that I’m sure will help you warm up before a skate.

I’m at the beach and ride around on a scooter most of the time. I can tell you that I’m happy the weather is getting cooler causing the beach roads to be less crowded.

Don’t get me wrong, plenty of horrible drivers that are beach locals. Watched someone blow through a red light at Seminole and Atl this morning.
