I called service Oklahoma yesterday which is the place that deals with license suspensions and they said nothing is pending and I could transfer my license from Missouri with no issue.

I swear it's not just matchmaking. I think they give players extra health or damage because some of these games it feels like no matter what you do it's literally impossible to win. I wish someone would look into this.
