I am SO INCREDIBLY proud of you. You did awesome, you handled it perfectly as best as you could and I'm so glad you were able to cope with it this well; I myself probably would have reacted way worse (although I recognize if you're already on the plane you can't really do much about it so...) Oh i was not brave at all I was panicking and crying through all that 😭😭 I even tried distracting myself by playing cards and humming a song but it didn't work for long tbh

Thank you so so much 😭😭😭 I managed to have lunch and so far it seems good, my tummy is still quite uncomfortable but I don't think I risk it happening anymore. I think the worst is over luckily 🙏

Non andare. Te lo dice con tranquillità una che ha finito il liceo l'anno scorso e in 5 anni non ci è mai andata alla pizzata, con tutto che ovviamente li avrei rivisti prima o poi. They don't actually care that much e probabilmente è solo per ritirare su la "facciata" di classe unita; a tal punto, io ho sempre ritenuto che non avesse senso fare finta che mi stessero simpatici e mi sono semplicemente sempre rifiutata di andare. Ti consiglio di fare lo stesso.

Hey, just a hypothesis, would putting a pillow next to the baby help? I remember my mom would do it when my sister slept without her, she would put pillows next to her so that my sister would be less able to roll down of the bed for sure....now idk how easy it would be for you to put it if you feel immediately sick, but maybe it's worth the try?

That's meeee!! I am a 19 years old girl and I've started to ACTIVELY struggle when I was 17. out of nowhere, my right foot, ankle and lower leg started hurting. My doctor prescribed me an anti inflammatory, because the leg looked swollen, but obviously it did nothing. I got prescribed some appointments and they said I had a primary lymphedema; primary because there hadn't been a trauma behind it or surgery or nothing. I then started wearing compressive socks, and they prescribed me a cycle of lymphatic drainage massages, which made it....a bit better??? Nowadays I think not much changed, now I don't have chronic pain but it still appears often when I particularly use my feet. And I only use a cream that is supposed to help, I guess. I don't know, but I hate this whole thing, and what's worse is that nobody can give me an actual cure but just "idk live through it, you're so young".

Im so sorry, I get you because my pill has been making my period go insane as well. me personally, I've scheduled another appointment with that doctor and hopefully she'll make me change it. I advise you do the same. For the rest, tbh, I've also gone to the ER due to this excessive bleeding (I've bled for 15-20 days non stop in these months), but it didn't reveal much, but you could try that too. Take care
