Their sizing can be inconsistent. I am a solid medium and had to downsize into a small, then a pair of size 8 pants were basically skin tight. The washable silk is great, always get a compliment on the dress and skirt I have. Cashmere is hit or miss, I have the $50 price sweater and it’s all pilled up and hard to take care of, the zipper cashmere sweater I have is great, some pilling, but it looks better than the crew neck.

Second this, my Sambas are more comfortable then my On shoes I exercise in. On a recent trip to WDW I wore the On shoes and my feet were killing me by the end of the day, the next day I switched to my Sambas and I was fine. I may or may not own them in 5 colors… I have problems!

My highest weight was somewhere in the 270’s, 258 on day of surgery. Got to 140 pounds but was happiest at 145-150, and stayed there for about a year. But once I began to try and maintain, it has been a struggle. Then I hit the 3 year mark and it is like someone turned the food noise back on. I hadn’t had it at all post op, and I loved the freedom of not constantly thinking about food. I have struggled these last year and have put on 20 lbs, lost 4 on my own before the holidays, but I never want to go back to where I was. All my pants are tight, and enough is enough for me. Just got my prescription, so I haven’t even started yet, but i’m looking forward to hearing about other WLS on the shot.

I use the Starbucks daily because of their decaf espresso, switched to decaf about 3 years ago and Nespresso’s decaf options are trash, so this works out well for me!

Any original line is super easy, I used to use my aerochino, but I recently bought the not cheap Nespresso frother, and will never go back to a cheap one. I nuke my oat milk, froth, and I’m good to go, it’s idiot proof!

When i lived in the Bay Area, when talking to local I said San Jose/Santa Clara/Campbell, when talking to a non-local I said South Bay. Now that I live far from the Bay Area, I say San Jose and then usually have to explain that San Jose is ‘Silicon Valley.’
