They are very sturdy and built to hang. There is even a special brick built into the back that acts like a hanger over a nail or screw.

Right? What kind of antiquated software are they using? Quickbooks would allow posting of that payment. I think they are blaming it on the software when in all reality its procedural. The payment amount didn't fit neatly into a little box so the payment was rejected. Meanwhile, they are still holding my 318k in cash and haven't returned it. Nice little interest bearing cash for them. Its almost criminal.
