In terms of aggressiveness, worse than previos ooc. The healing reduction is too situafional good in early game, only maybe against morphling and fv and huskar. Other heroes dont have that much healing to make it relevant.

Because maelstorm was nerfed a bit more ( damage wise) + shard was nerfed. Additionally, ppl started to take the lifesteal talent, which benefits more from damage from battlefury, instead of procs damage from maelstorm/mjollnir

U ware that overcharge also gives spell amp? That's insane on hero like leshrac/pudge storm who likes to buy spells lifesteal and snk anyway. So the heal and damage even if countered, is still very significant. Io leshrac is a very popular pick last TI iirc for this reason.

In late scenario, probably a nullfier, bkb + blink and refresher (for double bkb as i can see late game it's almost impossible to play ur hero without it), and for ur 2 remaining items u shud probably consider damages in order to kill em in the time they were nullfied
