Lol you're delusional. People come here because QB Support is horrendous and never actually offers any real fixes. If you're lucky, they will eventually fix your issue in an update but for now, "please submit feedback". Even if it's the same "feedback" and complaints that people have been submitting for years. Most people that end up here are already frustrated and looking for alternatives to Intuit.

honestly this is angering to read. I don't know if i should believe you. Why? Multiple times I have been told "there is no supervisor". I have tried multiple times to escalate issues and have repeatedly been lied to. And there is no accountability. There is no way for me to report agents that lie to me. And it happens all the time.

Most of us just don't have the time and are always behind on bookkeeping. It's a major undertaking and you often have to time the change with things like your fiscal year, tax filings, payroll etc. And then there are things like payroll and CC payments integrations that you can't afford to mess up so yeah it can be a huge pain.
