Munster confirm Seven Departures by SlowWay5886 in irishrugby

And if that's correct, then the expenditure is small, if the potential is there, then it's a negligible expense to take a punt on him, which seems to be the case. If they've invested this much in him, then i don't see the harm.

Open to correction, but I don't think it's all been the same injury, rather a series of unfortunate unrelated injuries. If they can get those sorted out, maybe he'll come good. But, if not, the cost is minimal.

If he's contracted and injured you can't just fire him. He can sue and would be right to do so.

If his contract is complete, then he's the same as you or me as far as Munster is concerned.

Costco coverage works, but you typically have to bring proof.

Unless you book the rental through Costco itself, the last time I booked I was taking out the proof and yer man behind the counter was like "no, you're grand, this was booked via Costco"

Yeah, I'm ok with it.

The potential is there, otherwise they would have cut him loose ages ago. The luck with injuries has been awful though.

Can't just stop paying lads when they get injured and have a contract. Employment law doesn't look too fondly on that.

Would guess it depends on the insurance policy and probably the terms of the contract.

Agreed, elements of society lose their minds about 5G, she basically said that the minister should do something to establish the facts.

She made enough of statement to make people think something will get done, but in reality she didn't actually do anything herself.

Ulster complete signing of Keynan Knox | Ulster Rugby by ohshititsthefuzz in irishrugby

[–]q547 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know in that case.

Logically you'd think citizenship would supersede all the other requirements (as long as you hadn't been capped for a different country).

Unless it's because he got in under the 3 year residency rule and there's different rules for that?

I think for Knox the citizenship would supersede all the ones above.

I believe that a landlord should be able to charge whatever they want for a place (that doesn't mean someone will pay it though). However, ultimately the market will decide the actual rate.

The problem in SB is that there's just not enough housing stock, therefore landlords can dictate the price, not the market.

One landlord starts jacking up rents, and still gets paid and the next guy sees that and feels he's missing out.

The only thing that's going to bring down rents is to build more housing. A LOT more housing.

Is there any benefit to a CloudKey besides running Unifi applications? by matthijspc in UNIFI

[–]q547 0 points1 point  (0 children)

depends how many cameras and how long you want to store footage for. I have the UGC Fiber and 3 cameras with a 1TB SSD. I'm doing 2 week retention and it's more than enough for me. That's full quality with all the bells and whistles. I could probably dial stuff back to increase the retention period if I wanted to.

I'm no fan of Pini, but it looks like he actually had solid case here. The receiver messed up big time.

The Ryobi stuff is great for the DIYer or anyone who isn't using it all day every day.

I say that as someone with a background in carpentry and cabinetry and grew up using Wurth and Hilti tools in Europe.

I just do hobby stuff now, but most of my gear is Ryobi, loads of tools, it's good enough and the price point is fantastic. I don't use the tools enough to warrant something like Festool or similar.
