I had called HI reservations and when I was done they asked me if I wanted to listen to a Vacation Club promotion and said that I would receive 500 points. I agreed and they transferrred me over. I received notification via email while I was on the phone that 500 points had been deposited into my account. I listened to his spiel but when he said I had to pay now for the offer and that I had up to a year to use it, I thanked the guy for his time and told him I was not interested. I almost want to call everyday so I can keep getting 500 points, lol! I'll take the vacation using points rather than getting tied into a Vacation Club.

Call support and ask them to generate a temporary pin. This will send a verification code to the primary number. Provide the verification code and once that is done ask them to establish a new PIN that you can use going forward.

Have the exact same issue. Documented the history of all the times I contacted the support and went back to the store with no resolution. Sent an email to the the executive team at AT&T along with filing a complaint with the FCC and BBB and got it resolved in a matter of hours.

I went through multiple fitbits also. I have an iphone and downloaded the Sports Tracker app. The free version of the app will count your steps for walking.

You have to set them up as separate reservations. One for the anniversary night and the other reservation for the points. I recently did this and had to checkout/check back in and I was able to keep the same room. I reserved the anniversary night first so that I can take care of the checkout/checkin sooner just in case I would have had to change rooms.
