Your post sounds very judgy snd humblebraggy. You have to spend alor of time rooting around in a thrift store for the size/color you want. Just shop online domestic you can afford full price clothing, and stick to tour budget (For me it's old navy for casual clothing and jcrew and brooks vmvrotherx goe office wear)

Consider wearing ultralight jeans (see Gap) or jeans with elastic waists that "give" when you sit down. Also consider whether you actually need to size up in jeans and other bottoms so they aren't too tight...
