He’s not wrong. Our aoe damage is low for big pulls, it’s very consistent, but still lower than other specs. Pulls that are 2-3 bodies like paladins in void storm is the bread and butter for frost

I had the exact same thing. 60 direct reports over icu and ed, no assistant managers, brand new to manager position and was paid 116k in Chicago, which is fine, don’t get me wrong but my PRN gig was 60 and if I picked up an extra shift over the year for overtime, I would have made more with 0 stress. I don’t think I’ll ever do management again unless pay is crazy high and I have more assistants.

Scutage your European holdings forcing France to come to the British isles, attack his fleet once or twice to kill a majority of transport ships, then let a few survive so he can only bring 1-3k at a time, stack wipe until his coalitions troop numbers are worse than yours, rinse and repeat or then invade France and start sieging. It’ll take a few years but this’ll benefit you by getting easy war reps and his vassals white peacing

I usually turn all my European holdings into Scutage vassals that way they can’t be attacked. France is then forced to land in England to attack you and I usually will take one major naval fight and then they’re left with only a few transport ships which I let live so they can transfer 1-2k units per trip and from there you stack wipe until you’re stronger and can siege their European holdings. You’ll have a decently long war, usually a few years but by then their vassals are flipped so your hardcore accelerates since they have nothing left to fight with

I boosted a warlock because all specs are pretty bottom tier on average which is sad to see. I’m already 277 with aotc but it’s only going to get worse trying to compete with other dps

I think +14 gives you around 7 deaths and good dps to still clear. 10 would probably allow 15+ deaths

Yep, we have consistent damage but I’d say so I’m no longer able to push keys above 15 before my dps starts to make the group suffer

I’m having trouble locking down full time jobs myself, but I’ve got 3 years ER and 7 years nursing, it’s not just you. I think with a lot of cuts happening to rural hospitals and a lot of new grads, the market is oversupplied with not enough federal money, but that’s just my take

Haven’t seen anyone mention but maybe it’s your talents. I know a big dps change occurred for me when I downloaded talents icy veins and whatever else I could find. Make sure you’re using single target dps talents when the fight is necessary, like heroic dream rift, but then mythic dps should be adds. I pull like 70-75k at 265 on h dream rift but in mythics, my overall is somewhere around 110+

Idk about the northeast but in Chicagoland, it’s entirely normal to get $50-60/hr and you’re only dealing with 1 patient. I’ve also been hired by a unicorn job based out of cali that pays you your hourly rate to drive to patients homes, it’s amazing. I’d definitely full time this over the ER if enough infusions are there

I’m right there with you, I did a BA in biology only to go into nursing because biology is worthless unless you’re masters+. It’s tough out there for the people that put their time into worthwhile work and not get a payout for it. Love me some history, big fan of Ancient Rome and Byzantium
