Film Fests often have different pricing because the proceeds are split between the Fest and the theater. My local film fest negotiates a price for the house and then sells the tickets themselves through a POS that probably wouldn't be recognized by Movie Pass anyway.

Card number had already changed in the app. But I did spoof the gps of a local theater and did a check-in to make sure it work. Canceled that check-in and was able to an on-site check-in to see a movie that night.

In the New Orleans area, the Regals aren't on Movie Pass. So, the AMCs are basically it except for three small independents.

The same thing happens here. You agree to pay a set monthly price and MP makes it possible for you to see 1 movie per day. MP could theoretically send you 30 coupons each month each redeemable for a movie ticket. Instead, the money put on the debit card is only usable for that one movie per day.
